Project Background

As a part of study project at Humber students were given topics to choose from. I chose Loblaws online grocery shopping website as I felt that there is a lot of scope for improving user experince while navigating the website to order groceries online.

  • provide email alert about the order items.

  • email picture of the items picked.

  • status update on items unavailble after order placing.
